Returns & Cancellation

Prints

If a print isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Contact us first so we know it is coming. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

Original artwork

Originals are one of a kind. You may return an original within 14 days of delivery if it is undamaged and safely packed. Because each piece is unique, please contact us before sending it back.

If something arrives damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the piece and its packaging. We will replace it where we can, or refund you in full, including the shipping.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order for a print or original any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once it has shipped, the returns terms above apply. Made-to-order items may begin production right away — if so, we will tell you when you order.

Commissions

A commissioned piece is made specifically for you. You can cancel before work begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once the piece is underway, the deposit becomes non-refundable because the time has been spent; we will agree the stages with you before we start.

Digital items

Digital downloads (where offered) cannot be returned once the file has been delivered.

How to start a return

Send us a note through our contact page with your order number and what you would like to do. We will reply with the next steps and, where needed, a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will confirm your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method, and your bank or card provider may take a few working days to show it.

What we can't accept

• Custom commissions, once work has begun.
• Digital downloads after delivery.
• Items returned damaged or without their packaging, or after the return window.
