If you create an account, keep your password confidential and let us know promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Orders, prices and availability

• All prices are shown in the site's currency and include applicable taxes where stated.
• Originals are one of a kind; prints are made to order. An item may become unavailable before your order is confirmed.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel an affected order, with a full refund.
• Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email; payment is taken through our payment provider.

Artwork and intellectual property

All artwork, illustrations and text on this site are the copyright of the studio. Buying an original or a print gives you the physical piece for personal use; it does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork commercially without our written permission.

Commissions

Commissions are agreed in writing before work begins, including scope, price and timing. A deposit may be requested to start. Commissioned work is made for you and is not resold.

Content you send us

If you send references or images for a commission, you confirm you have the right to use them. We use them only to make your piece.

Third-party links and services

The site is built on Wix and may link to other services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continued use means you accept the update.
