Shipping

When we post

• Prints and canvas prints are made to order, so they are prepared and dispatched within about 3–5 working days.
• Original artwork is usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• If something will take longer (a busy season, a made-to-order piece), we say so on the product page or in your confirmation email.

Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order, and is shown before you pay. Larger originals and canvas prints may cost more to send than a small print.

Tracking

Orders are sent tracked. Your tracking link is in your dispatch email — and if you have an account, you can also check from your orders page.

Packaging

• Prints are rolled in a rigid tube, or sent flat in a stiffened mailer for the smallest sizes.
• Originals are packed flat with protective layers and corner protection.
• Every parcel is packed to arrive safely; if it does not, see our Returns & Cancellation page.

International orders and customs

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country when the parcel arrives. These are set by your customs authority and are your responsibility; we cannot predict or pay them.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for several days, or a parcel is overdue, get in touch through our contact page with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
